If an employer wants to copy a job they have posted, they can do this by checking the job and using the button. If an employer wants to delete a job they have posted, they can do this by checking the job and using the button. If an employer wants to renew a job that has, or is about to expire, they can do this by checking the job and using the button. By renewing a job the employer’s account will be decremented by one posting. When you want to take a job posting down from the live site, sometimes it may be more appropriate to deactivate the job rather than delete it. If you want to deactivate a job, you can do this by checking the box next to the job(s) you would like to deactivate and selecting the button. Deactivating a job will remove the job from the live site at the next update.
