In my communication with others how may I identify myself as an BuildDirect Affiliate?
You may describe yourself as a participant in the “BuildDirect Affiliates Program.” Your communication must clearly and accurately describe the nature of your participation in the BuildDirect Affiliates Program and must not create confusion or misrepresent the nature of your or any other party’s participation in Program. You may, without our prior consent, say the following in any non press release communication: that you have become a BuildDirect Affiliate, and/or that you have joined or become a member of the BuildDirect Affiliates Program.
