In Meeting Maker how do I keep an open list of proxies to choose from?
Open Meeting Maker and select proxy from the menu. Select edit favorite proxies and select the ones you want to view on a regular basis. An easy way to select multiple calendars is to hold the ctrl key while clicking the names or resources you wish. Click on add button and then ok. When you now go to the proxy menu, you’ll see all the ones you selected. To view any of these, double-click on the one you want and that proxy calendar will appear.
