In maintaining our listings on your site, I assume through some type of form we can make price changes, upgrade info, indicate status (i.e.Under Contract/Sold) and delete listings/photos, etc.?

You donot need any form to make changes to your listings all you need is access to the private side via your own username and password. The site is interactive so it does most of the work you just need to make sure you put in the correct information you want displayed.
