In India, where is Intelligent Transport System in use?
The recently completed Kishengarh-Jaipur road project, which is a BOT project of GVK Industries along with L&T and B. Seenaiah & Co. (Projects) Ltd, has employed ITS. We have supplied the entire road tolling and HTM system for this project. Today, this project has the best technology in India and it would be a road map for future projects. We have been recently awarded the Mumbai-Pune Expressway NH-4 project by Ideal Road Builders. We have almost concluded the deal for the Second Vivekanand Bridge project, Kolkata, for road tolling and HTM systems. Apart from these, NHAI has placed before us several initiatives to put ITS at its toll plazas. We are one of the preferred bidders for Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway of DS Constructions.
