In Hamlet, the conflict is with Norway, not Sweden. Whats the deal?

At the time Shakespeare was writing Hamlet, Sweden was fighting its last war with Denmark, to break the Union of Kalmar that gave Denmark supremacy. I figured that Shakespeare, not wanting to make political waves, chose Norway, which was the third country in the union. Sweden and Denmark fought 11 wars before 1601, one of which, and it had to do with ransoming Swedish nobles, took place in 1520. Therefore, my story is actually more historically accurate than Shakespeare’s play. Nah, nah.
