This patient had “family history of high cholesterol”–reason for checking the fasting panel. She is of normal weight/BMI. For her, the TG’s were 268, Tchol 167, HDL 41, LDL 72 This seems to come up often, with otherwise normal cholesterol panel and high TG’s. Thank you for any info…
