In events of medical negligence why do courts insist for expert evidence or report in spite of no other doctors being prepared ready to give the same?
It is illogical to accuse [ due to their unity ]. Whatever may be the circumstance, the doctors or any other professional man is a human. Allegation of negligence can only be determined by findings and/or scrutiny by a duly constituted “Board” of medical professionals. It is therefore their onus to determine the sequence of events of the victim and the doctors and assisting staffs, whether performed their duty as prescribed in medics & science. Their report &/or findings is also subject to further scrutiny if challenged and countered supported with reasons and materials.
