For the Time Statement in the portal, this report pulls leave balances from the backend of the database or ECC. Therefore, the Time Statement will include all information that has been approved since the last time in which Time Evaluation has run. The Time Evaluation program runs automatically each evening. Reviewing balances in ESS is different. The balances shown in the portal reflect all requested leave whether it is approved or not.
