I really doubt it, I think the weather would be a bit harsh in the mountains, especially in the winter, the soil is probably too thin and poor, and it’s overly drained, especially at that elevation. Most fruit and nut trees require good drainage, but not mountainside drainage, mild winters, and good soil. But check with a local nursery, they might be able to find something that would work where you’re at.
