In Device Manager, the Internet Phone and webcam drivers prompt an exclamation mark or cross mark to appear. What should I do?
You can try plugging the devices into another USB port on your computer. Please wait for about 3 minutes for detection. If your Internet phone and webcam set are connected to your USB hub, you can try connecting them directly to another USB ports. Another way of verifying device detection is to reboot the computer and plug in the device again. See if any “USB Audio Devices” are detected in the Device Manager’s section.
