In case of dual archiving, do high quality videos and low quality videos synchronize each other?
High-quality videos and low-quality videos are encoded from the same input and by the same frame rate. During the post-encoding process, our system checks if two videos have the same starting timecode and then synchronizes them while making indexes frame by frame. Therefore during the rough-cut editing process, our system uses the low-quality videos to efficiently search and edit EDL.
