In case of an accident will the Hydrogen Generator blow up?

As there is no pressure container or containment there is nothing to explode. In addition, the system is designed to produce Hydrogen only as it is used (Hydrogen On Demand) and in the event of any kind of vehicle accident the amount of hydrogen present will rapidly dissipate. Further, there is a Stop valve that prevents any reverse flow that might erupt from within the engine from a backfire or other cause.
