In Availability Analysis, Final Availability tab, why does the Reasonable Area data contain all zeros?
The Reasonable line contains data from the Regional, State, and National labor areas, as defined in Stage 4: Define Labor Areas. If the gender and ethnicity boxes in the Reasonable portion of the table are all zeros, there are two possibilities: 1) In the imported Job file, if all jobs within the currently selected Job Group use the Local labor area (identified with an L in the External Labor Area Weight field), then only the Local labor area will have numbers in the Final Availability tab for this job group. If at least one of the jobs in the currently selected job group uses a Regional, State, or National labor area (identified with an R, S, or N in the External Labor Area Weight field), then data will appear in the Reasonable fields. Remember, labor areas are defined for the plan, but weights are assigned to job groups.
