A. No, do not list the cabins in OUDS. In this case, because we are reporting total Wilderness use by Forest the cabins would not be listed at all. This is different than the Appalachian trail situation because under the GFA and OUDS all use gets added together to report total Recreation Use for the Forest. Under the Wilderness situation we need to report Forest Wilderness use separately and if the Wilderness cabins were listed under the OUDS category the use for the Wilderness would be lost (mixed in with other non-wilderness OUDS use).
