Yes. Normally, you can only play TAG cards while playing in a tag match. However, this card states it allows you to play it if your Superstar says it can only play tag team title belts. And this can happen whether in a tag match or standard one-on-one match. Same goes for cards like Stackplex and other cards with similar wording.
