In a copyright license agreement for digital distribution, who do I pay royalties to?

0

There is a record label which owns the rights to the song I want to receive a Copyright License Agreement for. The aim is to publish the song for digital distribution, where users buy and perform the song off of an online marketplace (like iTunes). The question I have deals with royalties. Who gets them? There is the band’s record label, which also owns the rights to the song, the band itself, and the publisher. According to this article ( http://entertainment.howstuffworks.com/music-ro… ) the record label distributes the royalties to the publisher and writer, but I am not sure if I am supposed to the send the entire royalty payment to the record label. Thanks for your time!
