Since 2006, BBG restructured the Commons Club and has significantly reduced expenses. However, Rosie’s still operates at a deficit and some of the cost reductions have been at the price of reduced services. Our 2010 pro forma budget tries to strike a balance between reasonable operating costs and reasonable restoration of services and capital expenditures to create a club environment that we all want.
