RJ: The motivation for Arc Technology Group was to take complex problems, use thought-out solutions and provide simple answers. We are technology driven to know what is available, what is the best way to use what’s available and deliver the best solution. ITA: How does Arc Technology Group differentiate from its competitors? RJ: While we are very technically driven, we have grown in the last few years to take a keen look in the business processes that drive Web application and content management decisions. This is more than just user experience, design or project management. It is literally walking hand in hand with the client and providing process consulting that is not just reactive to what the client is doing today.
