Short Answer: Yes we do. Please email hardware questions to: support@imagecraft.com Sometimes there may be a delay, as we might have to contact the manufacturer. Long Answer: ImageCraft is primarily a compiler company. We sell hardware that complements our software products and that are not easily available in US. In an ideal universe, we would provide full tech support for all the hardware sold on our site. (then again, in an ideal universe no one would need tech support in the first place) The reality of the situation is that there are enough possible hardware configurations that it is not practical to keep up with them. Our time is better spent improving the compilers.
