If you install the ICC compilers under a user without administrator privileges, then the following directories must be fully accessible (e.g. read/writable) to the user: – c:\icc (or the installation root) and its subdirectories. – c:\winnt or c:\windows depending on which version of Windows you are using. I believe it may only be c:\winnt\system32 but I am not 100% sure. richard@imagecraft.
