I’m worried, can you help? Can vomiting cause spotting in early pregnancy?
I doubt the vomiting had anything to do with the spotting. If you are pregnant, it could just be implantation spotting that you are having. I also spotted around the time my period was due and thought it was on its way. I did occasionally spot anyway but this time it was pink and it was usually brown. The fact that I had sore boobs was the mystery as that never happened when my periods were due. You are sounding like my first pregnancy so I will be watching tomorrow to see the good news. Fingers crossed for you. If you are pregnant you may find you do get some spotting here and there. Mine was on and off til the end of the first trimester. It does get you worrying but it is very common. If it turns into bright red blood then you should probably see a doctor. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. My mum had enough bleeding when she was pregnant with my brother for her to say her period was here.
