When using Office 2007, you can save files in several different formats, including the Office 2003 format, which may allow for greater compatibility with other users in different organizations and countries. To use the Save As feature in Office 2007 applications, click the Office button (colorful button in the upper left corner) and choose Save As… From the Save As option, choose the 97-2003 format.
