You may receive an error from the 3 Network (eg. 503 Server Not Responding) when trying to access our polytone links. 3 does not have an agreement with SMSPup and may not allow their customers to download content from the SMSPup website. If this is the case, you may want to contact 3 to confirm this, otherwise you may not be able to download polytones form our site in future.
