You should ask someone who is over 21. I’m 17, don’t have a fake ID, and have only been to one “party” in my entire life (http://twitter.com/BebeZeva/status/15022740893). I don’t go out much, but I can recommend Downtown Vegas and the Arts District for GOOD DEALS and GREAT PHOTO OPS. “First Friday” is a Downtown arts festival that I frequently feature for my Stereo Argonaut posts. If you’re in Vegas and the time is right, you should definitely check it out.
