Im using the right version of Internet Explorer, but I get error messages when I try to run MLXchange. How can I fix this problem?
MLXchange might not be loading for a couple of different reasons. If the computer uses the Windows NT, 2000 or XP operating system, you must be logged into Windows as an Administrator so that MLXchange has permission to configure the browser. If you are using an office computer and you do not have Administrator privileges, contact your office manager or system administrator to arrange for this. You should also ensure that Internet Explorer is using the default Internet security settings before running MLXchange. To do this, open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Click the Security tab, ensure the Internet zone is selected, and then click Default Level. Click OK to save your changes, then restart Internet Explorer and try accessing MLXchange again.
