Im using the KF-9250 with the Bell+Howell 1500FB and am only able to scan at 12 ppm using the VBDEMO sample application. What can I do to speed this up?

Two things should help. First increase the prescans to 6 (if you have enough memory on the KF-9250) and also turn off auto page length detection. This should greatly raise the throughput.
