Only intros built with the Members Intro Builder can be edited. If you built your intro with the free version on the home page and then became a member you will need to rebuild the intro from the members builder. From then on it will be editable. We recommend saving your text in a txt file so you can copy and paste it into the Members Intro Builder to save time.
