Im using the German edition of Microsoft Windows and after I installed KeyScrambler, my keystrokes are encrypted but not decrypted in the browser. What should I do?
(*This problem is fixed in KeyScrambler 1.2.0 and later versions.) If you’re using Spybot – Search & Destroy on your computer and have the SDHelper browser plugin enabled, it interferes with KeyScrambler’s decryption process. This problem does not occur in all editions of Windows. We’re investigating it further. A temporary solution is to disable SDHelper. To do this, from within Spybot – S & D, select “Mode”->”Advanced mode”, then select “Tools” in the toolbar on the left. Click on “Resident” and you should see two items listed under “Resident protection status” on the right. Uncheck the “Resident SDHelper” item. Restart Internet Explorer and KeyScrambler should be able to decrypt normally.
