Depending on how you have your personal firewall software set up currently, it may prevent access to Nomadic by default. If you are having problems, try disabling the personal firewall temporarily. If you can then make a nomadic connection successfully you can then re-enable the firewall software and tweak the settings to get nomadic to work.
