Im using MultiPage 4 with Illustrator CS3 – if I close the MultiPage palette, why won it reappear?

The source of this problem is closing the MultiPage palette with the close button (the little “x”) next to the word “MultiPage” instead of the close button in the upper-right corner of the palette. Adobe eliminated this problem in CS4 by removing the little “x” next to palette names. The solution involves deleting the Adobe Illustrator Settings folder. Before doing this, if you are concerned with the layout of your workspace, we suggest taking a screenshot so you may restore it later. Also, write down any plug-in serial numbers in case you do not have them saved/stored elsewhere.
