The browser web client uses ActiveX controls which may be disabled. Do The Following: Open Microsoft Internet Explorer, Go to the top of the page to “Tools” Select “Internet Options…” at the bottom of the list Select the “Security” tab at the top Select the “Custom Level…” button near the bottom In the “Security Settings” dialog box that opens, Slowly scroll down the list to where it says “ActiveX controls and plug-ins” In the Sub-Headings below it, continue to scroll down and change any entry that says “Disable” to “Prompt” if available, or “Enable” Continue until you reach the Main Heading of “Downloads” Click “OK” Click “YES” Click “OK” Try and reload the page.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
