Im using ExpertEraser Refill (earlier Pro. ExpertEraser) and I get this error message “No valid security key”, whats wrong?
The ExpertEraser has problem to read how many erasure that are left in the security key(hardware key). Please check this: • Make sure the security key is properly inserted • Check that the button inside the security key is installed properly.
