You are probably running Palm OS® v3.1 or v3.3. DataViewer requires at least Palm OS® v.3.5 in order to run correctly. Unfortunately, HandspringT devices cannot upgrade the Palm OS® because they use mask ROM instead of flash memory; this means there is no way for Visor customers with older Palm OS® versions to use our DataViewer software unless they upgrade to a newer device.
