Im upgrading from a Platinum XL to a MAXX Ruby 2 and the calibration button does not seem to be working. Can I can test it manually?
(A) Chances are you may need to reload the device drivers: • Turn the game off. • Set DIP switch 6 on the I/O board to the ON position (the forward position if you are looking at the I/O board from the rear of the game). • Turn the game back on and a message will soon appear explaining what is happening. • When the message appears telling you to reset the DIP switch in order to reboot the game, make sure that you only reset DIP switch 6.
