Im unclear about how my job score relates to the grade points within the new structure?
The evaluation score for your job will determine which grade your new job is in but not the level of pay within that grade. The level of your pay has been determined by using your current salary. This means that if your current salary falls within the minimum and maximum of your new grade, this is what your new salary will be (although it will be increased to the next incremental point if your are in an NJC grade) or by applying the minimum or maximum of the grade if your current salary is lower or higher than the salary band of the new grade.
