Since the certificate is a .pdf file, ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you still cannot download your certificate, please call 800/USA-AOPA (872-2672) and have the following information ready: the name of the online course you completed, your pilot certificate number, and your AOPA member number (if applicable). If you prefer, you can also e-mail certificate@aopa.org for further assistance.
