Im unable to apply the saved sound or content as a ringtone etc?
With some phones, you can save the content but you are unable to apply it as a ringtone, wallpaper or video ringtone. The new VZ LGs are good examples of where they have disabled this functionality (ie LG VX8100). The Palm Treo can save the ringtone but you can’t apply them as a ringtone until you install a third party application such as Lightwave. Sorry, but we don’t have a good answer for this. We are noting the devices that are problematic and removing them from our supported handset list. This is a limitation of the phone and we can’t manipulate it.
