Im trying to upload the narrative for the first time but I get a message that the narrative has already been uploaded. What do I do?

A. Typically in this case, the file name or path name for the doc or pdf file is too long (i.e. the file is saved in a folder inside a folder inside another folder). Save the doc or pdf to the desktop with a short file name, then try uploading the narrative.
