A. Your free 1-year upgrading period may be expired. You can check its status from your Member Area-> My Orders and renew a reg.key with 40% discount if expired. Don’t forget to turn off your firewall or antivirus. Otherwise, contact us for we could fix the problem and send you another reg.key.
