I’m trying to take an online exam and I’m getting an error message stating I haven’t purchased the course. What’s going on?
If you’re completing an extra exam that someone else purchased for you, you must first log in to the online grading system with your own user ID (your e-mail address) and password. When it states that you haven’t purchased the course and prompts you to enter a different user name, simply enter the name or e-mail of the person who purchased the test for you. (You have 1 year from date of purchase to complete the exam.) If you don’t initially log in with your own login name and password, you’ll be locked out of the system. Any exams for that specific course must then be faxed or mailed to us for grading.
