Firstly please make sure FTP Server you are working with supports UTF-8 mode and UTF-8 is enabled in server settings. UTF-8 mode should also be enabled in AllwaySync FTP Wizard Settings (The panel which you specify username and password in). In the second check the system locale settings. Language Settings Format and System Locale should match. Open Control Panel->Regional and Language Options and make sure you have the same selected Language on ‘Formats’ and ‘Administrative’ tabs.
