I’m trying to register, but it tells me my postal code isn’t a valid entry. What’s wrong?
A. Postal codes should contain six characters with no spaces. The first, third and fifth characters must be letters (A-Z), and the second, fourth and sixth characters must be digits (0-9). When entering your postal code, please ensure you do not include any spaces between characters. In addition, please double-check that you substitute letters for numbers (i.e. the letter “O” in place of the digit “0”) or vice versa.
