You must check “Expose as Provider” on the Grant Access page for the application. This exposes the “Publish to Portal” checkbox on the Grant Access page for the component. If you still don’t see the portlet, you may need to force a refresh of the portlet repository. As a Portal administrator, go to the Portlet Repository content Area and select “refresh” in the top right hand corner.
