Air bubbles may have become trapped in your soap pump during transport. To release the air bubbles, locate the notch on the nozzle of your soap pump (where the soap comes out). Turn the notch with your fingernail, paperclip, or small screwdriver, then try to prime again. You could also tap your soap pump on a table to release the air bubbles.
