Im trying to open an email attachment by double clicking on the attachment icon, but it is not working. Now what?
A. If double clicking on the icon does not work, your E-mail program has most likely saved the document to the computer’s hard drive. So first, open up the program that you want to view the document in. For example, in Microsoft Word, go to top menu click on File and choose Open. With your next option, you will most likely want to choose your C: drive. In your C drive you should see your mail program as a choice. Choose your mail program and once you are in your mail program you should be given a choice of Attachment or Attached Files. Choose the document that you want to open and open it.
