The most likely problem is that you are not using the correct password. Your initial password (before you reset it) is your birth date (MMDD), followed by the last 5 digits of your social security number (MMDDXXXXX). Your Outlook Live password is not the same as the password you use to login to the portal. If you have tried to use the correct initial password and still cannot access Outlook Live, email consult@jhu.edu or call 410-516-HELP (410-516-4357). If you use Hotmail or other MSN, Windows Live, or Passport sites and are having trouble logging in to Outlook Live, read this note.
