Im trying to download videos from Veoh but it always says “need cache space”. How can I fix this?
The ‘Need cache space’ message you are seeing is a result of a feature we have implemented in Veoh Player to help safeguard our users from having video downloads monopolize their HDD space. Veoh Player is designed to use up to (and not exceed) 10% of your total HDD space by default. What you were prompted with is the messaging we have in place to inform you that this allocated space for video storage has been met. There are two options we have in place to help you resolve this issue: 1) You can elect to have unsaved videos deleted from your HDD which should then free up space for more video downloads. There is a pro and con to this approach: a pro – you can keep your allocated video storage space at 10%, which enables you to keep 90% free for other usage and a con – depending on your HDD size, it’s likely 10% will get used up somewhat quickly which will cause Veoh Player to remove your unsaved video downloads on a more regular basis.
