Im trying to connect my PromoCast ProPlus to my phone system (KSU or PBX) & it plays fine, however it only sounds good for about 30 minutes then stops playing. Whats wrong?
Is the connection to the phone system via a dry (no voltage) line? If your system is connected to the 600 ohm port & there is a voltage present (-48v) through a high impedance, you will need to change the connection to eliminate the voltage or use a transformer.
