If when trying to activate the game you get the following message “The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again.” you should check for: • An invalid serial number generated from our system because of an erroneous Hardware Fingerprint provided by you when purchasing the game. In this case you will have to contact us, provide us with the correct Hardware Fingerprint and we will send you a new serial number which will work as expected. • A mistyped e-mail/serial number combination.
